Xmas Tree Xpedition 2007
Wow, it’s the third year in a row that Alyssa and Colin have hosted a brunch-and-tree-chopping party.

So this year, Isaac was a cow:
We went out to explore the events on the Lebanon Green with Sadie & Family, where we also saw Marianna and Emma:
We also hit the swings once we connected with Sadie’s family:
She was a kitty-cat! Later, they watched some Dan Zanes while we all finished dinner:
The kids did manage to trick-or-treat as well — all our pictures are dark, so here’s one of Isaac with one Eerie Halloween Eye!

So there’s the little guy, strolling towards a leaf pile (see videos below). Note stylish black turtleneck that he chose himself that day! He has a lot of fun playing in the yard, kicking soccer balls around, rolling his trucks all over, pushing the stroller by himself, and now, jumping in leaves. He also enjoys helping Mom and Dad with yardwork! (Also note our newly painted house in the background.)
Two today. First, some more messing about with leaves. Second, Isaac and Sadie at Cold Hollow Cider, having a LOT of fun in a playhouse.
Hopefully the upcoming flood of videos will make up for the egregious lack of posting. To start, here’s Isaac and a leafpile from two days ago.
We’re doing the Prouty again this year, walking 10K (Isaac will ride in his stroller) to raise money for research at Dartmouth’s Norris Cotton Cancer Center. Last year we raised $425 and we’re trying to top that in 2007 with a goal of $500. Click here if you’d like to contribute.
We’re walking in honor of Isaac’s Grandma Mary, a three-time cancer survivor, in memory of Isaac’s Great-uncle Richard Page, and in honor and memory of many other friends and family. Sadie and her family will be joining us as part of the Upper Valley Beer Society team!
The 2006 Prouty — Isaac wasn’t even walking yet!
